Projekt pn. „Mikroskopia holograficzna wspomagana uczeniem głębokim dla wykrywania zagrożeń biologicznych w terenie – HoloZcan”
W dniach 6 – 7 czerwca 2022 r. odbyło się z spotkanie partnerów projektu pn. „Mikroskopia holograficzna wspomagana uczeniem głębokim dla wykrywania zagrożeń biologicznych w terenie – HoloZcan”, realizowanego w ramach programu Horyzont 2020 r. W spotkaniu wzięli udział przedstawiciele instytucji naukowo-badawczych takich, jak: DataSense Labs (Węgry), Sioux Technology (Holandia), Institut Pasteur (Francja) i lider projektu Ideas Solutions (Węgry), a także przedstawiciele Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego oraz Komendy Stołecznej Policji.
Pierwszy dzień spotkania został poświęcony omówieniu technicznych aspektów realizacji projektu – podsumowaniu dotyczchasowej pracy i jej zgodności z harmonogramem projektu, ocenie ryzka, oraz oraz omówieniu przyszłych działań projektowych. Ponadto, eksperci Samodzielnego Oddziału Kontrterrosrytrycznego Policji w Warszawie zaprezentowali sprzęt i wyposażenie wykorzystywane w celu wykrywania zagrożenia CBRNE.
Podczas drugiego dnia spotkania odbyły się ćwiczenia terenowe przy użyciu sprzętu przeznaczonego do wykrywania zagrożeń biologicznych, podczas których zostały pobrane próbki z powietrza z trzech różnych lokalizacji. Część próbek zostało poddanych obserwacji przy użyciu wstępnego prototypu mikroskopu na miejscu, natomiast część została przekazana partnerom z Francji (Institut Pasteur) oraz Węgier (DataSense Labs), celem zbadania próbek i porównania rezultatów.
Podczas ostatniej części spotkania, mającej na celu jego podsumowanie, uzgodniono z partnerami projektu wstępny termin realizacji testów terenowych w trzecim kwartale 2022 r. oraz organizację szkolenia w drugim kwartale 2023 r.

On June 6 - 7 took place The General Assembly Meeting under the project entitled "Deep Learning Powered Holographic Microscopy for Biothreat Detection on Field - HoloZcan", financed by Horizon 2020 program. The meeting was attended by representatives of scientific and research institutions such as: DataSense Labs (Hungary), Sioux Technology (the Netherlands), Institut Pasteur (France) and Ideas Solutions (Hungary) - the leader of the HoloZcan project, as well as representatives of the University of Łódź and the Warsaw Metropolitan Police Headquarters.
The first day of the meeting was devoted to the discussing of the technical aspects of the project implementation - a summary of the current work and its compliance with the project schedule, risk assessment, and discussion of future project activities. In addition, experts from the Counter-terrorism Police Unit in Warsaw presented the equipment and outfit used to detect CBRNE threats.
During the second day of the meeting, field exercises were carried out with the use of biological hazard detection equipment, during which air samples were taken from three different locations. Some of the samples were observed using a preliminary microscope prototype on site, and some were transfered to partners in France (Institut Pasteur) and Hungary (DataSense Labs) for sample testing and comparison of the results.
During the last part of the meeting, aimed at summarizing it, it was agreed with the project partners on a preliminary terms for the implementation of the field tests in the third quarter of 2022 and the organization of the training in the second quarter of 2023.
